Article 290
Provisions related to Guthi
: (1) The Federal Parliament will make necessary laws regarding the rights of farmers and Guthi who are having usufruct rights on Guthi land so as not to adversely affect the fundamental recognition of Guthi.
(2) Other arrangements related to Guthi shall be in accordance with the federal law.
